Mmm, Sushi !!

Bout a week ago, i had my first sushi experience. i really liked it!! In Tucson besides having tons of authentic Mexican resturants, there seem to be lots of sushi restuarants. The Asian culture is not very big in Tucson. You have whites and mexicans being the 2 dominant, then every other reace is just thrown in here and there. Before you are served your sushi, we had a tray of peas that were really good, some seaweed soup (really good!), some wasabi (not sure of the spelling) then i can't remember what the pinky looking things on the tray were. All i know is that they are cleansing the palette when eating the different types of sushi. If you too much of it in your mouth, it's pretty strong. As everyone in my family knows, i'm not good at using chopsticks. I was able to use them for the sushi that's in the rice, but when it fell apart, i got frustrated and ended up using a fork. Once you sit down down your table you have a list of all the varities of sushi, you check off which one and for how many people, then you hand it in the chefs you can see, then the waitress will bring it to once it's done.
